ECE Planning working in conjunction with clients, Portcullis Homes, are excited to announce that planning consent has been secured for the conversion of the former Cavendish Hotel to 8 residential apartments.
The development is positioned along Worthing seafront, approximately 350 metres from the heart of Worthing Town Centre. Not only will this redevelopment provide much needed housing, but will also restore and refurbish the exterior of the building; ultimately revitalising the surrounding area but ensuring to preserve the architectural quality of the heritage asset.
