Senior Planner
ECE Planning is a dynamic planning consultancy located on the south coast near Brighton. The practice is looking for a Planner to join their team.
ECE Planning provides a full range of planning services including appeals, major planning applications and masterplanning.
The right candidate will have an interest in assisting with a diverse range of planning matters from major mixed use schemes to enforcement matters and will demonstrate a willingness to learn the commercial aspects of the role.
The position will involve assisting the Directors of the practice in preparing planning applications, appeals, appraisals and representations to development plan documents.
Candidates will ideally have 3+ 5 years experience in the workplace and be members of the RTPI (although the practice would support the right candidate in achieving this).
