ECE Planning are delighted to have secured planning permission for a contemporary new build, five-bedroom residential dwelling within the Green Belt.
Addressing specific issues raised by Sevenoaks District Council with regards to the floor area, size, scale, mass and height of the previously refused application, the architectural approach sought to significantly reduce the floor area, size, scale, mass and height of the proposal, whilst retaining the highest quality architectural finish.
As a result of the alterations, ECE Planning successfully demonstrated that the development would have no adverse impact upon the openness of the Green Belt or the setting, character or visual impact of the Kent (High) Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
