ECE Planning obtained planning permission on a major scheme which involved the demolition of an existing building and erection of 24 high quality apartments and associated landscaping.

This proposal is located in a highly sustainable area within the centre of Haywards Heath.

As Planning Consultants for the scheme, ECE Planning worked closely with ECE Architecture and a large project team on behalf of the developer, Beacon Heights Developments.

The proposals included a 4 storey building with 24 new apartments which include a mix of 1 and 2 bed homes. This exciting development has delivered much needed housing and will ultimately revitalise the area with a high quality landscaping strategy.

The scheme complements the surrounding context through the use of carefully chosen materials, ensuring that the colours, textures and tones are harmonious with neighbouring properties. The high quality architectural design includes the regular pattern of brickwork panelling and full height windows.
