ECE Planning is a Chartered Town Planning practice providing professional guidance, advice and delivery of projects that maximise development potential, operating throughout the UK from offices in Sussex and London. We are part of the ECE Group, comprising of ECE Architecture and ECE Westworks.

Established in 2011, our team of planning professionals benefit from many years of practical experience within both the public and private sectors. We provide a professional, pragmatic and friendly service that is tailored to the needs of each client and project across all aspects of the planning system. Our team is managed by Chris Barker, Huw James and Sam Sykes.

History

Following a successful working relationship with ECE Architecture, Chris Barker set up ECE Planning in 2011. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the largest planning consultancies in Sussex, with a total of eleven staff, including nine qualified planners.
