ECE Planning were delighted to be appointed to work on the redevelopment of the existing Furniture Village block near Hove station, East Sussex.
This exciting development scheme comprised a mixed residential and commercial development of 188 residential units, 1,988sqm of Office space and 226sqm of retail space.
The site is was a key element of the Policy DA6 Strategic Allocation at the Conway Street Industrial Area that required a comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of employment floorspace, residential units and enhancements to the streetscape.
