Overview

ECE Planning has secured approval for an exciting new scheme at The Dry Dock in Shoreham Port which will see the redevelopment of the whole site.

The scheme includes the removal of the existing workshop structure then the erection of a new building which will accommodate; a reconfigured workshop on the ground floor; a new café use on ground and first floors and a new office unit on the first floor. The plans also include an outdoor seating area, landscaping and car parking provision.
