Overview
ECE Planning has successfully secured outline planning permission via Appeal for the erection of 10no. residential dwellings with associated landscaping, road layout and parking at land east of Lynsted Lane.
The concerns put forward by the Local Planning Authority related to the development’s location in terms of its accessibility to local services and amenities such as the proximity to schools, healthcare facilities, public transportation, and other essential services.
