Overview
Redesigned proposals for a new residential development on Worthing seafront has received planning consent.
The scheme creates 29 residential units consisting 16 two bedroom and 13 three bedroom apartments, each with sea views afforded by either balcony or external private terrace. The majority of the car parking will be accommodated underground to allow a landscaped communal garden to occupy the West Parade frontage.
The redesigned proposals were found to fully respond to the Inspectors findings to produce a development of the highest architectural quality.
