ECE Planning successfully secured planning consent for the erection of a 5 bed, three storey contemporary dwelling with double garage, on the seafront in Kingston, West Sussex.
Working with scheme designers The Pure Group, ECE Planning successfully demonstrated that the proposed scheme provided the highest quality architectural solution which enhanced the local streetscene. The family home will make efficient use out of the site which was originally a double garage to the adjacent Foreshore House.
It has also been established through careful architecture and design that residential amenity and privacy will be retained, with the help of specific materials such as obscure glass on the balconies.
The new build is considered to blend sympathetically with the surroundings, visually integrating with the street scene and enhances the visual amenity of the area through the use of modern materials.
