ECE Planning are delighted to have attained unanimous approval for this redevelopment within the Tarring Conservation Area in Worthing, West Sussex.
The development comprises 3no. 1-bedroom flats, 9no. 2-bedroom houses and 2no. 3-bedroom houses and takes architectural references from the surrounding Conservation Area, featuring locally prevalent design details including double-pitched roofs and bay windows. Traditional materials with contemporary detailing were utilised throughout the new buildings. The development also retained a disused Victorian stable block that was refurbished as part of the development.
