Overview
The full planning application was approved at Planning Committee in August 2018, subject to completion of a S106 Agreement. ECE Planning worked alongside RRA Architects to prepare and oversee the planning application at 76-79 and 80 Buckingham Road Brighton.
The proposal is for the partial demolition of no. 80 Buckingham Road and erection of a five storey building to create 20no. residential flats and a community use unit (D1). Additionally nos. 76-79 Buckingham Road were converted to provide 14no. affordable flats.
