ECE Planning secured full planning permission for client Randall & Gohler Investments Ltd for the redevelopment of St Peters Place in Lancing. The successful scheme includes the demolition of existing garages and the erection of a 2-storey commercial building (Use Class E(g)) comprising of 6no. units with associated car parking, visitor car parking, cycle spaces and landscaping.
This redevelopment meets Adur Council’s design requirements and will contribute commercial space to local businesses and provide jobs within the community. It will also be a benefit to the local area in character terms as it is considered that the existing site is currently causing harm to the character of the area.
