Our latest approval for the Dry Dock at Shoreham Port marks the fourth consecutive permission granted within the Port for ECE Planning. We have worked alongside ECE Architecture to secure permission for four stunning schemes and are proud to be a part of the ongoing regeneration of the Community Trust Port.
Dry Dock – This is the most recent successful scheme which will see the addition of a reconfigured workshop, brand new café and office unit as well as outdoor seating, landscaping and car parking. We think this scheme will further revitalise area and bring more activity to the Port.
Ferry Wharf – A redevelopment of a former Aggregate Recycling Facility into flexible commercial space – This was not a straightforward planning application due to the safeguarded nature of the site for both waste and mineral uses but ECE Planning were able to secure a successful outcome. This development is nearing completion.
Hove Enterprise Centre – This scheme has provided more much needed new commercial floorspace to support the local economy. Units are now completed.
Lady Bee – A benchmark in design for all the developments within the Port, Lady Bee is a contemporary interpretation of industrial buildings and houses space for 14 individual businesses. This scheme is completed and has been shortlisted for and won numerous awards
