On behalf of our clients Clifton Second Ltd and alongside Architectural Designers Warwick Lane Developments, ECE Planning have recently gained planning permission for the redevelopment of 21-23 Montague Street in Worthing, commercial space formerly occupied by Topshop.
The redevelopment of the site encompasses conversion, alterations, and first, second and third floor extensions to the existing building to accommodate two retail units on the ground floor (one class E & to be occupied by Pret A Manger in Spring 2023), 6no. 2-bedroom flats across the first and second floors, 2no. 1-bedroom and 1no. 2-bedroom flat on the third floor and installation of 20 solar PV’s on the rooftop.
