ECE Planning and our clients, St William Homes, are delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted for the regeneration of the former Gasworks site in Worthing. The proposals comprise the construction of 209 apartments on an underused and contaminated site within a highly sustainable location.
The approved proposals were developed in collaboration with Worthing Council and Design South East.
The proposals for new housing will deliver much-needed new homes in a town centre location whilst making the best use of brownfield land. The proposal will deliver high-quality buildings defining attractive and usable spaces.
