ECE Planning has secured Planning Permission on behalf of Rocco Homes for the redevelopment of part of the CO-OP car park in Kingston Road, Wimbledon Chase, to provide 9 new apartments within a 3-storey building, together with bin and bike storage, landscaping, and a new pedestrian access.
The redevelopment of this highly sustainable, brownfield site represents an opportunity to make a contribution to meeting the local housing needs whilst also regenerating an underused site with great benefits to the surrounding area.
