ECE Planning, alongside ECE Architecture and clients Optivo Development Services Ltd and Jenner (Contractors) Ltd, are delighted to have received a resolution to grant at Wealden Planning Committee for a site at the Land at Sussex Plants in Hailsham. Overall the development will provide up to 160 dwellings, including the equivalent of 120 affordable homes, together with public open space and access onto Park Road.

This Reserved Matters Planning Application provides an important opportunity to deliver a high quality designed housing scheme within a permitted site to meet Wealden District’s housing requirements and contributes towards the substantial local housing need including the affordable housing requirements of the District.
