On behalf of our client, The Shoreham Port Authority, we have received full planning permission for another fantastic project in Shoreham Port.

The scheme will see the redevelopment of a vacant brownfield site with 11 new commercial units in a two-storey building, each benefitting from waterfront views.

The approved proposals were influenced by the coastal location of the site and the other industrial buildings within the Port designed by ECE, to create a family of buildings that provide a design benchmark for future development within Shoreham Port.
