Alongside ECE Architecture, and on behalf of our clients, Hempstead Farm Ltd, we have just submitted another exciting scheme to Wealden District Council.
The submission is a full planning application for the redevelopment of a former horse sanctuary site in Uckfield, involving the removal of ancillary farm structures and the conversion of several existing barns to create four residential dwellings.
The development proposal retains the existing fabric of several barns to create four high-quality residential dwellings. Together with the enhancement of the barns and surrounding open space, the proposal greatly contributes to the overall rural character of the barns and Listed assets while boosting biodiversity.
