ECE Planning, on behalf of Millwood Designer Homes, is pleased to report that Wealden District Council’s Planning Committee resolved to permit Full Planning Permission for the development of 9 dwellings, new access, and associated landscaping in Buxted, East Sussex.
This greenfield site formerly housed large, derelict nursery buildings. The proposed scheme replaces them with a sensitively designed development that will not only greatly enhance the character of the area, but will also provide additional housing, for which there is a known need within the Borough.
The 9 dwellings will be a mix of sizes, with designs that reference the surrounding Buxted character. We are delighted to have council backing for this small and well-considered housing scheme.
