Planning Approval received for a contemporary 450sqm dwelling in the South Downs National Park.
ECE Planning are delighted to have collaborated successfully with Sandy Rendal Architects to win approval for a contemporary 450sqm dwelling in the South Downs National Park following a ‘prolonged planning battle’.
Planning was achieved for a £1.2million scheme to replace the 1950s bungalow at Bury Gate Farm, near Pulborough, West Sussex. The new scheme is described as a ‘modern reinterpretation of a villa rather than a traditional farmhouse’ and work is expected to start on site in November this year.
