ECE Planning are pleased to report that we have successfully won an appeal for a scheme of 4 modern detached family homes on land to the rear of Wanderdown Road in Ovingdean.

The Appeal Inspector stated:

“I find that the proposal would create four well designed dwellings that would integrate comfortably into the site. It would not have a significant adverse effect on the landscape character, and the proposal would not be harmful to the setting of the SDNP.”

The development proposes: 2no. 4-bedroom dwellings and 2no. 3-bedroom dwellings; alongside on-site parking and turning, hard and soft landscaping together with sustainable drainage system.
