Following consent of Outline Planning Permission (reference: LW/22/0459), Elivia Homes are preparing a reserved matters application for the erection of 70 homes (including 40% affordable), public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage systems at Land West of Barcombe Mills Road, Barcombe Cross.

We want to keep you informed and answer any questions you may have about this development. We therefore invite you to explore the proposals via this Online Public Exhibition.

This Online Public Exhibition is open from Sunday 23rd March until Sunday 6th April. The consultation boards detailing the proposals are available to view below. Please use the Feedback Form at the bottom of this page to provide your comments.

Your comments will be relayed to Lewes District Council as part of our planning application and will be made publicly available, however please note that in accordance with GDPR any personal details will NOT be disclosed and are only collected in order that we may validate your comments. Anonymous feedback forms will NOT be considered. Once the comments from the consultation have been collated, the original comments will be destroyed.

The exhibition will be available for 14 days, allowing you plenty of time to review and provide feedback. Thank you for your interest and participation.
