Following consent of Outline Planning Permission (allowed at appeal under reference APP/W/22/3302116), Elivia Homes are preparing a reserved matters application for the erection of 50 homes (including 40% affordable), public open space, community orchard and allotments, landscaping and sustainable drainage systems at Land Northeast of 74 North Street, Biddenden.

We want to keep you informed and answer any questions you may have about this development. We therefore invite you to explore the proposals via this Online Public Exhibition.

This Online Public Exhibition is open from Monday 14th April until Sunday 27th April. The consultation boards detailing the proposals are available to view below. Please use the Feedback Form at the bottom of this page to provide your comments.

Your comments will be relayed to Ashford Borough Council as part of our planning application and will be made publicly available, however please note that in accordance with GDPR any personal details will NOT be disclosed and are only collected in order that we may validate your comments. Anonymous feedback forms will NOT be considered. Once the comments from the consultation have been collated, the original comments will be destroyed.
