We are thrilled to report that this week we have secured approval for two separate schemes at Planning Committee.

Presented at Committee by Associate Planner, Ben Daines, ECE Planning secured unanimous approval for a planning application in Eastbourne to convert old hospital buildings to residential dwellings. The proposals will provide 49no. flats, comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units together with associated landscaping and on-site parking provision.

On the same day, ECE Planning also successfully gained approval for the erection of 3no. dwellings, car parking and associated landscaping at Montpelier Gardens in Washington. The application was presented at Committee by Planner, Rebecca Hoad, who successfully gained approval from 19 of the Committee Members.
